Once an order confirmation is received, the product is immediately shipped for next working day delivery
(DPD tracked) for orders made before 2:00 pm (GMT).
Take your test
Take your test at the comfort of your own house!
Register the test online using the barcode and unique clinic ID and perform the test following the instructions. For PCR testing, drop your package in Royal Mail priority box before midday GMT (Mon-Fri).
Receive your results
Post the sample on the same day that test was taken with the free return label (Royal Mail tracked 24)
From the time that the sample is received by the lab, the results will be issued within 24 hours. The results will reflect in your account as well as sent to you by emai.

What is the Test to Release day 5?
This RT-PCR test is suitable for travellers who are required to quarantine in the UK upon their arrival. You can end your quarantine early by taking this test on Day 5 of your arrival. Please check www.gov.uk for more information.
Please note that this test to release can only be taken on Day 5 from arrival to the UK and not prior to it.
Is this test for Day 2 arrival in UK?
The order will be shipped to the address provided by you. We recommend that the order is placed in advance so that it is shipped in time for you to receive it prior to Day 5.
What is the registration process?
We have an easy to follow registration process. Please visit www.mytesthub.co.uk to register the test. The kit will contain within it instructions on how to perform, activate and return your tests.
When will I receive my results?
We aim to provide the results to you within 24 hours calculated from the time the sample is received by the laboratory. We suggest that the test sample be posted to a Royal Mail Priority Box on the same day that it is taken and before midday to enable faster delivery.
How to perform the test?
The kit will contain within it instructions on how to perform, activate and return your tests.
Can I speed up my order?
This is not possible, however we aim to deliver all tests as quickly as possible.

Where is my fit to fly certificate?
The fit to fly certificate will be emailed to you and also be visible on the dashboard of your online account with us. You can track the status of your sample using mytestinghub. Can I order the test kit in advance and use on a later date?
Absolutely. We recommend that you order your test kit in advance as the test kit can be used for up to a year from the date of delivery.
