Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the supply of supplements, vitamins, and general health tests to you as a consumer (and not for use in connection with your trade, business, craft, or profession). If you wish to purchase these products as a business, please contact us before placing an order.
Why you should read them: Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you think there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

Who we are: We are All Health Store, a trading name for Harley Medic Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is and our registered office is at 833, 19 - 21 Crawford Street, London, England, W1H 1PJ.

How we may contact you: If we need to contact you, we will do so by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in your order or through our customer portals.
"Writing" includes emails: When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.
Our Contract with You
How we will accept your order: Once an order is placed with us, you will receive a confirmation email signifying that we have accepted the offer, constituting a binding agreement.
If we cannot accept your order: If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the order. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources, or because we are unable to provide the products by any deadline you have specified. We reserve the sole right to reject any order.
Products
Products may vary slightly from their pictures: The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
Product packaging may vary: The packaging of the products may vary from that shown in images on our website.
Our Rights to Make Changes
Minor changes to the products: We may change the products:
- To reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
- To implement minor technical adjustments and improvements.
These changes should not affect your use of the products.
Providing the Products
Delivery costs: The costs of delivery will be displayed to you on our website.
Choosing the right product: We offer a variety of supplements, vitamins, and general health tests. It is your responsibility to determine that the product you are purchasing is suitable for your needs.
When and how we will provide products and test results: During the order process, we will communicate estimated delivery dates to you. Products will be delivered to the UK address you provide us with. Test results, if applicable, will be communicated to you either through our online portal or via email.
Timescales for delivery: Any timescales that we provide for delivering products are estimates only. If our supply of products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
Your legal rights if we deliver products late: You have legal rights if we deliver the products late and it is not a result of an event outside of our control. If our supply of products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Subject to us providing a remedy of either delivery within 3-5 days beyond the timescale in the order confirmation or cancellation and refund, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered: If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will instruct our third-party courier to leave a note for you on how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
If you do not rearrange delivery: If you do not rearrange delivery or collect the products from a delivery depot, we may contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we may end the contract.
Your Rights to End the Contract
Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing, and when you decide to end the contract:
- If the product is damaged, faulty, or misdescribed: You may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product replaced or to get some or all of your money back, depending on which parts of your order are faulty), provided you notify us immediately through an email or our help desk platform.
- If you want to end the contract because of something we have done wrong: See clause 2.
- If you have just changed your mind about the product: You may be able to get a refund if you are within the30 days cooling-off period and have not unsealed the product. This may be subject to deductions for administrative charges and postage, and you will have to pay the costs of the return of any products. Some products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons and their medical nature.
How to End the Contract with Us (Including if You Have Changed Your Mind)
Tell us you want to end the contract: To end the contract with us, please let us know by doing one of the following:
- Email: Email us at contact@officialrapidtests.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your registered email address.
- Online: Contact us through our customer portal or through our website Help Centre at Help Centre.
Returning products after ending the contract: If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us once we have accepted the return request. You must contact us at Help Centre to do the same.
When we will pay the costs of return: We will pay the costs of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed. In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind), you must pay the costs of return.
How we will refund you: We will refund you the price you paid for the products, including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price as described below.
Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind:
- We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products if this has been caused by your handling them in an unacceptable way.
- The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
When your refund will be made: We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind:
- Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
Our Rights to End the Contract
We may end the contract if you break it: We may end the contract at any time by writing to you if:
- You do not make any payment to us when it is due, and you still do not make payment within 7 days of us reminding you that payment is due.
- You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products and comply with legal requirements. For example, email address or delivery address.
- You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.
- You misbehave with our staff or use any abusive language via any means of communication including without limitation phone call, email, or through our chat platform.
You must compensate us if you break the contract: If we end the contract in the situations set out above, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided, but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.
If There Is a Problem with the Products
How to tell us about problems: If you have any questions or complaints about a product, please contact us through the customer portals, details of which will be provided to you with your order. Alternatively, you can write to us at contact@officialrapidtests.com or contact us through our website Help Centre at Help Centre.
Summary of your legal rights: We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with
this contract. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
Price and Payment
Where to find the price for the product: The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. If there is any change in the price of the product subsequent to your purchase, you will only be required to pay the price of the product as advertised during the time of your purchase.
When you must pay and how you must pay: We accept payment with credit and debit cards and through our third-party payment processor - Stripe. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. The payment will appear on your bank/card statement as ‘Harley Medic Global’.
We can charge interest if you pay late: If you do not make any payment to us by the due date, we may charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of 1.5% a year above the base lending rate of the Bank of England from time to time. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay us interest together with any overdue amount.
What to do if you think an invoice is wrong: If you think an invoice is wrong, please contact us promptly to let us know. You will not have to pay any interest until the dispute is resolved. Once the dispute is resolved, we may charge you interest on correctly invoiced sums from the original due date.
Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You
Our liability under the contract, in breach of statutory duty, in tort, misrepresentation, or otherwise, will be limited to this section.
We are not liable for business losses: We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability will not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount of the price payable by you.
We will not be liable (whether caused by our employees, agents, or otherwise) in connection with the products for:
- Any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, or expenses;
- Any loss of profits, loss of anticipated profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of reputation or goodwill, business interruption, or other third-party claims;
- Any failure to perform any of our obligations if such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control;
- Any losses caused directly or indirectly by any failure or breach by you in relation to your obligations;
- Any loss relating to the choice of the products and how they will meet your purpose or the use by you of the products supplied.
We may outsource tests to third-party labs and testing centers/providers. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that Official Rapid Tests will not be held liable for third-party failures. In the instance that a third-party failure occurs, please contact them for additional information.
The exclusions of liability contained within this clause will not exclude or limit our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or limit our liability;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
How We May Use Your Personal Information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy: Privacy Policy.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harley Medic Global and the members of its group, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, in respect of all liabilities, costs, claims, loss, damage, demands, action, and expenses (including any settlements or ex-gratia payments and reasonable legal and expert costs and expenses) arising directly or indirectly from any breach of these terms, to the fullest extent permissible by law in applicable jurisdictions.
Problems with Products Received
Our Responsibility for Issues with Products
At Official Rapid Tests, we strive to ensure that all products, including health tests, supplements, and general wellness products, meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. However, as we do not manufacture these products, our liability is strictly limited.
How to Report a Problem: If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately through one of the following methods:
- Email: contact@officialrapidtests.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, and a description of the issue.
- Online: Contact us through our customer portal or our website Help Centre at Help Centre.
Limitation of Liability as a Healthcare Marketplace:
As a healthcare marketplace, Official Rapid Tests acts solely as a reseller and distributor of products manufactured by third parties. Our liability is limited in the following ways:
- Faulty or Damaged Products: We do not accept liability for faulty or damaged products. If a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will facilitate communication with the manufacturer to address the issue. We may assist in arranging for a replacement or a refund, but we do not accept liability beyond this facilitation.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, we will assist in arranging for the correct product to be sent to you or for a refund, including any delivery costs incurred. Our liability is limited to this assistance.
- Adverse Reactions: We do not accept liability for any adverse reactions to supplements or wellness products. If you experience any adverse reactions, please report it to us immediately. We will communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf, but we do not accept liability for any health issues or adverse reactions resulting from the use of these products.
Exclusions and Limitations of Liability:
- Proper Use: We are not liable for any issues arising from improper use of the products or failure to follow the provided instructions.
- Third-Party Manufacturers: Our products are sourced from third-party manufacturers. We do not accept liability for manufacturing defects or any issues attributable to the manufacturer. Any claims or disputes regarding product quality must be directed to the manufacturer.
- Consultation with Healthcare Professionals: Our products, including health tests and supplements, are not a substitute for professional medical advice. We are not liable for any health issues arising from reliance on our products without consulting a healthcare professional.
Steps to Take in Case of a Problem:
- Contact Us: Report the issue as soon as possible through our contact methods.
- Follow Instructions: Follow any instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the product or obtaining a replacement.
- Medical Advice: Seek immediate medical advice if you experience any health issues or adverse reactions related to the use of our products.
Indemnification: By using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Official Rapid Tests, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the products, except where such issues are directly attributable to our negligence or breach of these terms.
Other Important Terms
We may transfer this agreement to someone else: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract: This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force: Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later: If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us from taking steps against you at a later date.
Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings: These terms are governed by English and Welsh law, and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in English courts. The parties hereby irrevocably submit any such disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts. The venue of the court shall be London, England.
