BetterYou Ltd's Magnesium Flakes weigh 1 kg per pack and are designed to replenish the body with essential magnesium through skin absorption. They consist of 100% natural Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride, sourced from the ancient Zechstein Sea beneath the North Sea crust.

The product is commonly used for muscle relaxation, sports recovery and promoting better sleep. To use, you simply add the flakes into a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. The flakes dissolve in water to create a magnesium-rich bath that promotes skin hydration, eases muscle discomfort and aids calcium absorption.

Magnesium Flakes are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and are free from gluten and wheat. The product has not been tested on animals and contains no parabens, synthetic fragrances or colours.
