How it works
Fast and simple 15 minute covid testing. Here's how it works:
1. Order your test
Order Your Test Order before you arrive in the UK & we'll email your booking reference for your online passenger locator form (PLF).
All orders placed Mon - Fri before 14:00 will be sent that day for next day delivery via the Royal Mail.
2. Arrive and take your test
Take your test on or before the second day after arriving. We will send your test to the address you’ve given us. Use the QR code in your test kit to take your test, following the instructions online.
3. Send back to lab
Once you have taken your sample, send back your test to our lab for analysis. Results will be ready on our online portal within 24 hours of receipt at lab. We provide a Royal Mail return label for you to send the items back to us.

How is my test delivered?
Your test will be sent to you using DPD Tracked next day delivery. These are sent out the following working day after purchase, Monday to Friday.
Is this the correct test for day 2?
Yes this test can be used for day 2 PCR testing. It is your responsability to check and make sure you comply with the governement requirements.
Receiving your certificate?
We verify results photos throughout the day, seven days a week, and generally send out result certificates within hours of photos being uploaded.
However, please be aware that it can occasionally take longer to send out certificates (up 6 hours), partiuclarly if photos are uploaded at night.
If you haven't received your certificate within 12 hours please check your "spam"/"junk" mailbox before contacting us.
What happens if my results are inconclusive?
On rare occasions an RT-PCR test can show up as inconclusive. In this instance contact us directly and we will be able to assist you.
Is the insert included
Yes an insert with instructions is included in the box upon delivery.
Can I speed up my order?
This is not possible, however we aim to deliver all tests as quickly as possible.
