Frequently Asked Question

How is my test delivered?

Your test will be sent to you using Royal Mail Tracked next day delivery. These are sent out the following working day after purchase, Monday to Friday.

Is this the correct test for day 2?

Yes this test can be used for pre-departure testing. It is your responsability to check and make sure you comply with the governement requirements. 

Receiving your certificate?

We verify results photos throughout the day, seven days a week, and generally send out result certificates within hours of photos being uploaded. However, please be aware that it can occasionally take longer to send out certificates (up 6 hours), partiuclarly if photos are uploaded at night. If you haven't received your certificate within 12 hours please check your "spam"/"junk" mailbox before contacting us.

Can a rapid antigen test fail?

On rare occasions an antigen test can give an "inconclusive" result, particularly if the testing instructions are not followed correctly. 

Is the insert included

Yes an insert with instructions is included in the box upon delivery or will be sent via email.

Can I speed up my order?

This is not possible, however we aim to deliver all tests as quickly as possible.
