I have been taken up to 6 per day to heal a cavity and it has definitely helped reduce the pain . I have obviously tried to amend my diet too with some of Weston price protocol . But it’s hard as I don’t like eating too much meat but once tooth is better I intend to stick with this cod liver oil blend.
