I have been taken up to 6 per day to heal a cavity and it has definitely helped reduce the pain . I have obviously tried to amend my diet too with some of Weston price protocol . But it’s hard as I don’t like eating too much meat but once tooth is better I intend to stick with this cod liver oil blend. I think it will save my tooth but it’s only been a few weeks. it’s not gotten any worse which is good news- after a visit to dentist who recommended I pull it , and scrapped around in there he asked if it kept me up at night and I had little twinges but othering series I said no he scraped some more and then when I got home not it was keeping me up at night but now I’ve been sleeping thru with no pain it’s great there is still sensitivity but I will give it another good few weeks see how I get on.
